The Soul Garden · نَفْسي
Most spiritual apps only let you add good. Nafsi has a dual mechanic: every righteous act blooms a flower, and every sin you leave behind clears a weed. Both make your garden grow.

The shift
Adding good is one half. Leaving bad is the other. Nafsi is the only app that tracks both.

What’s missing
The half of practice that’s about not doing.
Nafsi
add & leaveTwo loops, one garden.
The dual loop
Two parallel tracks. Each one feeds the same tree. Together they make a garden you can look at and recognise.
Track one · bloom
Acts of worship
A salah prayed. A dhikr counted. An ayah reflected on. A du’a whispered. Each becomes a flower in your garden. Visible, living proof of your day.
Track two · cleanse
Sins left behind
Resist a habit you’re trying to leave, and the weed disappears from your garden. Nafsi tracks the cleansing, not just the practice. Tawbah-first. Never shame.
A scroll postponed
A small no, a big yes
A word held back
Tongue guarded · ḥifẓ al-lisān
A glance lowered
Returning to mindfulness
A grudge softened
Mercy chosen over memory
A late night closed
Sleep as a sunnah
A craving outwaited
Patience as worship
Private by default. No one sees but you and Allah. The door is always open. Tawbah repairs the streak, never breaks the spirit.

Why we built the cleanse track
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّاهَا
Qad aflaḥa man zakkāhā.
“He has truly succeeded who purifies the soul.”
Surah Ash-Shams 91:9
Most apps measure what you add. The Qur’an names the other half: tazkiyah, the slow purification of the soul. That’s the second track.
A missed day is not a broken tree. The streak repairs itself when you return. The garden remembers what you planted, even on the days you couldn’t water it.
The Garden of Light
Years of practice become the soft glow at the edge of your sight. The companions you tended (salah, adhkar, du’a, niyyah) orbit the tree like spirits that know your name.

“Bismillāh. Begin small. The garden is patient.”
